Each week we offer classes centered around yin or restorative yoga as well as ayurveda-inspired classes that help balance our bodies with the seasons. Current Class Offerings (Next classes will begin April 26, 2021)
Evening Yoga. Evening yoga is a slow sequence designed to calm the nerves, stretch the muscles, and prepare the body for bedtime. Each week will focus on a different part of the body, but at the end of every session, students will be relaxed and ready to rest for the evening and night. There are no pretzel poses and no sweating. This class is designed for the very beginner.
Winter Yoga. Winter yoga will help you generate warmth in this cold time of year. More intense than evening yoga but still appropriate for beginners. This introductory class will gently stretch muscles, introduce some breath work, and then combine beginner poses into a short movement series, otherwise known as a flow. This class is appropriate for those who are new to yoga, returning to yoga, or want to gently get the blood moving without pretzel poses or weird twists.
